PROMOTING CONSUMER-CENTERED REPOSITORIES OF ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS
The Health Record Banking Alliance was founded in 2006 by William A. Yasnoff, MD, PhD, FACMI, a national leader in health informatics. Previously, as Senior Advisor to the Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Yasnoff initiated and organized the activities leading to the President's $50 million FY05 budget request and creation of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
